processing and delivery
Shipping
For all orders above CHF 80.- we gift you the shipping costs.
- for orders of small parts such as individual cookie cutters, shipping costs of CHF 4.50 will be applied
- for orders up to 2kg shipping costs of 9 CHF will be applied
- for larger orders (2kg-10kg) we charge 13 CHF - 30 CHF
A minimum order value does not exist.
processing times
For orders that include cookie cutters (Brand: CutmyCookies), we have a processing time of 1-3 days. Our cookie cutters are individually printed after the order has been received. Standard cookie cutters take 1-1.5 hours to print. Orders are processed in sequence.
delivery times
We send all of our orders by priority mail. So the delivery time is 1-2 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
