Funcakes - Deco Melts - Red

Due to temperature differences, the Deco Melts can melt during transport and storage or develop a whitish coating (grease bloom). However, this does not affect the use or the result. After melting, the white coating will disappear and the product will function and taste as expected.

Preparation:
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
For microwave: at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melt are still visible). Keep stirring until smooth and completely melted, and process as desired. Harden in the refrigerator (10-15 min.). Add a few drops of vegetable oil for a thinner result.
